75MM Cup Styles Red Color Abrasive Nylon Brushes With Shank For Cleaning

1" to 4" economy cup styles with an integrated 1/4" shaft.
Abrasive nylon brushes are excellent for light deburring, edge blending and general surface finishing. Abrasive nylon cup brushes are safe, non-reactive and offer an excellent alternative to traditional steel filament brushes. They are ideal for both hand operations and for use in automated and CNC equipment. Please consult the abrasive filament chart for other grits and abrasive types.

120 Grit - Orange - Medium: Cleans tile, stone, cement, brick mortar, soft metals such as aluminum, brass and copper

Abrasive Nylon is suitable for use on a broad range of materials.

Especially useful in removing old finish and for smoothing sanded surfaces. Although they are rated for 6000 RPM, performance and longevity is best when used at 1500 to 1800 RPM, which is best achieved with a good heavy duty variable speed polisher.
