This grinder is designed and intended for use by properly trained and experienced personnel only. If you are not familiar with the proper and safe operation of a pneumatic angle grinder, do not use until proper training and knowledge have been obtained.

Inspect grinding wheel for cracks, bends, excessive wear, or any other deformation. Do not use a defective wheel. If using a wire brush, inspect for loose wires.

Do not get oil or water on the grinding wheel.

When operating grinder, place grinding wheel against work surface immediately after starting.

Use proper size grinding wheel that matches the tool’s specifications. Do not use unapproved flanges/bushings to adapt a grinding wheel to the arbor.

The grinding wheel RPM rating must be the same or higher than RPM rating of grinder.

Ensure that work piece is securely fixed by clamps or other means, and will not move during operation.
