About the prize
The unit price marked by the product is the normal sales price. If
the purchase quantity is large, please consult our sales staff. All
the prices are excluding the tax price. 17% of the sales VAT
invoice and the ordinary invoice are based on the unit price. Plus
10% tax When there are promotions, our sales staff will display on
the website or text message, please feel free to contact us if you
are interested.
About payment
In order to protect the interests of both parties, if you need to
issue a VAT invoice, change the price and then pay or sign the
contract for the company account transaction. If you do not need to
issue a VAT invoice, please pay directly, and we hope you to
confirm in time after receiving the goods. We sincerely thanks for
your support. Don't worry about the quality or anything about the
products, we have perfect after-sales system and service of
products. If you want to use cash on delivery or other remittance
methods, please contact our sales staff. Then we will properly
arrange it.
About delivery time
For items payed before 4 o'clock PM the very day, we will arrange
for the delivery at the same day. And items payed after 4 o'clock
PM will be arranged to be shipped the next day. If the warehouse is
out of stock at the moment and the network is not updated in time,
we apologize for any inconvenience caused. We will contact you at
the first time to negotiate other trading dates or return your
money. Due to the delay caused by the third-party logistics
company, please contact us and we will arrange for our staff to
follow up and handle the problem, even Saturdays and Sundays
(except holidays).
About transportation
The package will be delivered by the city express for free
door-to-door delivery if your address is just in this city, Suzhou,
or surrounding areas. For customers in other parts of the country,
no objection to our company's default logistics, all transportation
costs are removed. Logistics companies mainly focus on the
logistics around our company. Small items (less than
5Kg) will be delivered by express, other items in the regional
special line or Debon logistics (Debon needs to Self-lifting). If
you have special requirements for the logistics company or you are
in remote places, the parcel need to be delivered by EMS, the costs
need to be born by yourself.
About receiving goods
The goods should be inspected in time. If there is any damage,
please contact us in time and ensure that the good items are
returned to us in time.
We will cover the total cost and you will not suffer any losses.
After signing the goods, if the accessories got wrong or missing,
etc., please contact us within 24 hours, we will reissue free of
charge. Thanks for your cooperation. We are not in favor of
aggressive behavior, like direct return or giving negative
comments.
