1A1R Cutting Wheels Cutting Disc

High precision diamond cutting wheel (also called Ultra thin diamond cutting wheel) used widely in precision cutting ,ceramic cutting blade,hard alloy cutting blade, glass cutting blade, semi-conductor, quartz, ceramics, tungsten carbide tools etc.

The 1A1r Cutoff Wheel is used on cut-off machines, surface grinders, OD grinders, and machining centers. It is available in various diameters that range from 3" to 12" and in different thicknesses.

The wheel uses a steel core with a tapered diamond CBN section. This core ensures the tool's free cutting ability. The use of a compatible equipment, the Diacut 1A1 Type flange, is recommended to achieve rigidity and a longer wheel life. This flange comes in diameters that range from 3″ to 8″, in increments of 1/2″. The standard hole size for the flange is 1 1/4″.

High precision diamond and CBN cutting wheels take use of synthetic diamond and CBN superabrasives and high grade metal material, top quality resin bond and metal bond to make wheel high cutting efficiency ,much more long life.

We supply high precision diamond cutting wheels:

Diameter : 5 inch (125mm), 6 inch (150mm), 7inch (180mm), 8 inch (200mm) , 10 inch (250mm), 12inch (300mm), 14inch (350mm), 16inch (400mm).

Thickness available from 0.3mm to 2.0mm.

Tolerance: +-0.005mm.
